To give substance to the shared conceptual framework adopted by today's vdp (the former VDH) for rating the marketability of properties, referred to as "Property and Market Rating", intensive work in 2004 went into drawing up uniform measuring standards. The standardized rating criteria are already available in detail for residential properties, office premises, commercial properties and warehouse buildings.
